Bring a short classroom video and the dilemma you want to work through. We’ll use my classroom frameworks to understand what’s happening and decide where to focus.
How we’ll work together
- Review your video and dilemma, then use my frameworks to choose a focus for your classroom.
- Build a personalized plan for the routines, expectations, and student ownership you want to strengthen.
- Try the plan with your students between sessions.
- Use Voxer, a private messaging app for voice messages and texts, to share questions and updates with me between sessions during business hours.
- In our next sessions, review what happened, refine the plan, and practice teacher language and responses for real classroom moments.
Complete all three sessions within 45 days.
