Teachers Empowerment Network
Hi, I'm Sarah Legault.
Veteran Educator • Instructional Coach • Founder of Teachers Empowerment Network
After more than 20 years in education, I've learned something important:
The teachers with the strongest classrooms aren't necessarily working harder.
They're building differently.
For years, I did what many teachers do.
I focused on behavior. I searched for strategies. I looked for quick fixes that would help me stop repeating directions, redirecting all day, and carrying more of the classroom than my students.
But everything changed when I stopped chasing behavior management strategies and started intentionally building classroom culture.
What Changed
Students took more ownership.
Expectations became clearer.
Relationships became stronger.
And teaching became more enjoyable.
Why I Created Teachers Empowerment Network
I created Teachers Empowerment Network to help teachers build the kind of classrooms they actually want to teach in.
Not Pinterest-perfect classrooms. Not classrooms built on complicated programs or one more thing to manage. Real classrooms with real students, real challenges, and real strategies that work.
Core Belief
Culture First. Behavior Second.™
Because behavior is often a symptom, not the root cause. When we intentionally build culture, ownership, relationships, and expectations, everything else becomes easier.
