đź’ˇ Works mid-year, back-to-school, or anytime your classroom needs a reset.
This course is for the teacher who’s tired of holding everything together.
You don’t need more effort. You need systems that hold — so your classroom doesn’t require constant correction and constant reminders.
This will help you:
- Stop repeating yourself — from blank stares to complacent attitudesÂ
- Reduce daily correction — because expectations are built into the systems, not just stated out loud.
- Run lessons that hold — with a clear flow and high-impact activities that keep students engaged.Â
- Make transitions lighter — clear and consistent; students will know exactly what is expected.Â
- Get your mental space back — because you’re not managing every moment manually through student buy-in and leadership.Â
No overhauls. No starting from scratch. Just the fixes that make your day feel lighter.
What changes first
You’ll feel the difference when students start doing more of the work — because the systems make expectations obvious.
âś… Students know what to do without you narrating every step.
✅ Lessons end with purpose instead of “we ran out of time.”
âś… You stop carrying the classroom alone.

The systems are the work.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re wondering these things, you’re not alone.
Is this only for the beginning of the school year?
No. First 3 Days of School 2.0 is designed to work anytime your classroom needs a reset — mid-year, after a break, or when systems just aren’t holding the way they should.
What grade levels is this for?
This course was created with grades 2–6 in mind, but the pedagogy is easily adaptable across K–12. Good teaching is good teaching.
Do I need the original First 3 Days of School course first?
No. First 3 Days of School 2.0 stands on its own. However, we do recommend taking the original first 3 days of school if you are a new teacher to the classroom, setting up for the start of the year, or never explicitly made expectations together with your students.Â
Is this live or self-paced?
This course is fully self-paced. You can pause, replay, and revisit the systems anytime — especially when you need a refresher or a reset.
How much time does this take?
This is not a binge-watch course. You’ll build and refine one system at a time, applying it directly in your classroom as you go. The goal is progress — not overwhelm. We suggest 2-3 hours with built-in reflection time.Â
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
This is your opportunity to work on your practice — not add more to your plate.
