Sarah Legault
Founder, Teachers Empowerment Network (TEN)
I design learning that helps people do their work better.
My work starts with real performance needs and translates them into scenario-based learning experiences grounded in practice, feedback, and reflection—so learning actually shows up on the job.
Design Philosophy
I believe learning should change how people show up at work. My design process starts by identifying the real performance need—not just the request for training—so learning feels connected to what learners actually do. Grounded in best practices in adult learning and instructional design, I create scenario-based experiences that meet learners where they are, allow for differentiation, and emphasize practice, feedback, and reflection—because whatever learners practice becomes habit.
